On 17 November 2025, CNGR Advanced Material Co., Ltd. (CNGR, 2579.HK) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of approximately HKD 3.54 billion. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.
CNGT is a China-based company primarily engaged in the research and development, production and sales of new energy battery materials with a focus on cathode active material precursors (pCAM). The Company's main products include nickel-based and cobalt-based pCAM for lithium-ion batteries, which can be used in fields such as new electric vehicles, energy storage system, consumer electronics and others. 

In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the company group, its directors, senior management and shareholders. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy and winding-up records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting related company searches. The due diligence project globally covered 11 countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, the United States, Finland, and Germany, etc.
