On 19 December 2025, Xizang Zhihui Mining Co., Ltd. (Zhihui Mining, 2546.HK) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of approximately HKD 550 million. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.

Zhihui Mining is a China-based company principally engaged in the exploration and mining of zinc, lead and copper, as well as the production and sales of concentrates. The Company's products primarily include zinc concentrates, lead concentrates and copper concentrates and their main mine is the Mengya’a Mine. 

In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the company group, its directors, senior management, shareholders, customers and suppliers, etc. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy, winding-up and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting reference check and related company search. The due diligence project mainly covered China and Hong Kong area.
