On 30 March 2026, Epiworld International Co., Ltd. (Epiworld, 2726.HK) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of approximately HKD 1639 million. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.

Epiworld is a company mainly engaged in the research and development, mass production and sales of silicon carbide (SiC) epitaxial wafers. The Company is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of SiC epitaxial wafers under Turnkey service and provision of processing services for SiC epitaxial wafers under Consign service. The Company's products mainly include 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch silicon carbide epitaxial wafers. The Company's products are mainly used in electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, renewable energy, and energy storage systems.

In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the company group, its directors, senior management, shareholders, customers and suppliers, etc. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy, winding-up and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting reputation intelligence and related company search. The due diligence project globally covered 14 countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Austria, etc.
